Remove "1.x" in description under Development category.

Since were up to version 3 now, shouldn't we remove the 1.x version in Development description?

Either that, or create explicit sections for 1.x, 2.x, and 3.x. Given that most people stick a question any old place, ignoring explicit version labels, that's probably a forlorn hope.
