it is my understanding that the OC team are using a ticketing system so that customers can post to opencart.zendesk.com so that authors has to reply regarding specific subjects. With that said, the OC team are being invited to check the date and time of the posts before advising the authors; indicating the subject as never being posted. Each posts are represented with date and time which is the reason why these two aspects exists so to rely on them for tracking purposes - from no matter which system it's being used.
Failing to see the source of the post will be automatically ignored upon requests either over email or from web sites.
The most generated errors being found on Opencart forum originates from contributed programming. The increased post counters are caused by redundancies of the same solutions that were already provided prior.
