So the project has been stopped and the system will never be released?

Everyone will get the update soon about this ticket module.
We are releasing our first demo version at 15 Aug 2011 based on OC 1.5.0.5 version

I found a released ticket system

and the author wants some beta testers.
I am now beta testing this ticket system. It looks pretty cool. It seems that a solid foundation has been laid.
And the developer told me that he was going to add more features to the ticket system, such as Q&A, FAQ, polls, ticket forwarding to different department, rating feature....
PS: if you come out with other concepts and ideas, make a feature request there.
