I am using the new RECURRING PROFILES in a new OC v1.5.6 cart for physical products. Customer has the option to choose to receive the selected product on a recurring basis – and that is working great (after a bit of help from a developer to get the PayPal Express to work; and have the recurring price to calculate "customer discount").

HOWEVER... recurring profiles only direct PayPal to charge the customer for the product price – and there seems to be no way to collect shipping costs for physical goods that are to be shipped on an ongoing basis. Of course, shipping could be added to the price of the product – but that would be cumbersome and not something the client wants.

SO does anyone have any idea how recurring profiles are intended to work for shipping costs on physical products?

BUMP... I need the same thing. Need to have recurring shipping as well as recurring items. This is also for physical goods. Any programmers willing to do this?

Another bump - this would be very useful for subscriptions to more than one country… can't have the same rate for products shipping locally and also overseas. Any insight would be appreciated.

Did any ever come up with a solution for this?
