Hello!

First post here - long time user/observer on and off though.

I'm having some difficulties finding developer documentation. I'm going to be customising the admin section of a store a fair bit and I want to do it in the least destructive/most scaleable way possible.

I want to acomplish tasks such as removing/hiding admin menu items, add a "print shipping label" function, hiding certain fields /areas etc.

I'm familiar with MVC (done a fair bit with Magento) but I can't work out how to areas of OC admin like you can in the OC frontend.

Can you "theme" admin in the same way as catalog?

Looking forward to participating in the forum!
Matthew

yes, there is 1 theme in the admin, which works the same as the catalog, but no support for multiple themes, so just modify the theme.

The way it's set up is similar though
