Hi,

I am trying to copy a product_form input field and make it store new data about the product using OC 3.0.3.2. There is no front-end functionality for the form field, the field only shows on the product form. But I have an Undefined index 'sup' in admin/model/catalog/product.php on line 143

Without making it too complicated, what does this mean?
I believe I've copied all the code needed for an extra form input.

OC version. Caused by an installed extension. Contact the extension developer to resolve this issue.

Regardless the mentioned (and missing) OpenCart version (see Forum rules!), you have done it the wrong way.
An
Undefined index 'sup'
means simply, that yo uhave done not your homework.
Better to learn before changing some code parts how to develop.

You're telling me I'm wrong without telling me what I did wrong.
Nobody will learn anything from that, ever, and it only prevents anybody from actually doing their homework.
So please, what do I do? Do I ask this over at General Support instead?

Hello ??
Simply use your preferred search engine, you will get results like that:
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/426 ... -undefined
Guess such an explaination should also be helpfully for newbies.

Overall: you are editing some code whithout the knowledge to do so.
Well, that's fine - but don't forget, this here is a "User" and not a "Developer" forum (while there are many around here - like me).
If you do not know what you are doing, either simply learn how to, or hire someone.
But don't ask here to fix your own self-made bugs.
