Best plugin to manage fast the stock?

Hello,

I have a physical shop so I am going to update the stock of my shop diary, so is important to have any plugin to upload and excel with the stock of my shop every day.

My online shop is multilanguage (2) and my products, some have option (Size only) so I need something easier to change fast the total stock and individual stock of each option (size) of all the products of my shop (about 200-300 products, no more).

What is the best import/export tool to do that?

I use Option Boost plugin.
