CSV Import 1.5.5

I have a newly generated CSV file from my supplier but I cant seem to find a CSV importer extension that supports 1.5.5 all the others once you modify header.tpl break the admin panel.
Can someone advise further? there is about 1000 products also do I need to edit the CSV to a specific format ?

you probably won't find one right now. 1.5.5 was just released yesterday and has breaking API changes that none of the developers were aware of till it was released.

I think that this tool
http://www.file2cart.com/supported-carts/277-opencart can help you. It imports data to the product catalog in csv format. Only ask them if they already support 1.5.5 version

The CSV Import PRO and Total Import PRO extensions in our store should both be working with 1.5.5. We have not yet updated the labeling or the demo store but both have been tested and we will be updating the demo store in the next few days (just waited a bit as .1/.2 patches tend to come out =) )
