completely remove payment and shipping

Hello,
I'd like to completely remove any payment and shipping.
I basically want a cart to function like a cart, without any payment processing and no shipping selection.

Can anyone help me with this?

what's the point of a cart without payment and shipping?
but at any rate there are about 10-15 posts about this within the last two weeks try searching.

Thanks for sending me that link. I checked out the demo, and noticed that there is shipping selection required.
Can I safely assume that by setting all products to not require shipping, the shipping module will be removed?
