Firstly let me explain what I am looking for :
Throughout the course of the year we will be sending out catalouges with promotions , we will be unable to convert these to pdf as they will be aprox 60 pages I am stating that the pdf format will not be suitable as the catalogues have a order form on them as well which requires a signature.
What I am looking for is a module where customers can request a catalogue the module needs to gather the infomation so we can send it out i.e name, address, tel num, email I have gone through extensions cant seem to find one.
this module needs to be able to store the contact infomation because orders can be placed by non account holders from the site so in effect I am looking for a module that gives me the option to display a box with request a catalogue ect.. and then takes the person/s through to inputing their details .
Can anyone help ?
