After adding the item/s in the shopping cart/basket, I view the basket; when I press the “Continue Shopping” button, it takes me back to the index page.
How can I change it to take me back to the category's page, from where I added the last item in the basket instead of all the way back to the Index Page? ???

Any help would be graciously appreciated.

you would have to put a redirect as a hiudden field and set the continue button to use it.

i will add it in the next release.

be sure that you check that the referer page is not equal to the current page or it will just loop back to itself

I do not know how to do or implement, what Daniel said. I can only wait for the next version or someone like Q, can show the code and let me know, where to put it.

Thanks

You could use something like

Code: Select all

$this->data['continue'] = "history.back()";

in the cart controller file.
The referer method is buggy as IE does not set referer.
