hi all,
Does anyone know the following name of extensions? I found it on the opencart extension marketplace before. After marketplace updated, i cannot found the extension anymore. I remember this extension can view the enquiry from customers and reply it in the admin panel. Can someone provide the extension name to me? thanks,

hi
This is not this extension. The extension is to let customer to ask for enquiries in the product page. While it pressed, it popup a form to let customer to fill in.
2 important things is,
1. The form is with recaptcha.
2. it can view and reply the message directly in admin panel.
The link below is shown exectly the extension, but i dunno what the name is.

hi thekrotek,
I find it in opencart these day. It meets the recapetha requirement, but not lising AND reply in backend.
i remember it is not free with that extension and i dont mind to pay with it.
i regretted not to mark up the name and trust the old extension market. New market sucks.

if it goes right in your inbox, why do you need to have a back-end functionality? It's pretty confusing. Replying to email is much easier.

Nope. If the business become bigger, it is better to display it at the backend to make it easier to search, category, and reply. Email is inconvenient.
First of all, i also think about the email method. While i find that plugin, i think that direct send to email is not convenient. We need to find plugin suitable, but not limit by the plugin if there is better choice, right?

hi IP_CAM,
Thanks for helping, but sorry not this one. Mine one is just like the link shows at the beginning. It lets customers submit their request, show it like the list you show, and reply directly.
Anyway, thanks for your help.

Try "Contact Form History"
https://www.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... %20History
Looks different but may be due to Opencart 2 style - older ones for 1.5* available from developer. I have used other extensions by this developer and they work beautifully.
Kind regards & Happy New Year.

Thanks for the vote of confidence, zigzag. You're right that
Contact Form History is able to record customer's inquiries, and you can respond to them directly from the admin panel. It works with all versions of OpenCart between 1.5.0 and 2.3.0.
Feel free to take a look at the screenshots and demo site, and if you're interested let me know at
