Need module for fast order

I need to create or for someone to create this for me(for money of course) module for making order on 1 page, like its done on this website: archeage-gold.ru
As you can see its a simple design, with tons of options of this product available to choose from + you have Info block to the left, which provides different information per different options chosen.
