VQMOD not working

My Vqmod stopped working yesterday when i put an xml file in it.
after removing the file Vqmod stopped working.
I reinstalled Vqmod to the latest version, but still not working
replaced both index files with new ones.
And installed it several times again.
Set permissions 777 to the folders, but is also not make cache files

i am using opencart 1.5.4.1 can somebody help me with this
