Hi,

Am running OpenCart 1.4 and am having a problems with weight based shipping.

If I order 10 of the same product that weigh 100g then when I get to the checkout, it only calculates the cost of postage of 1 item weighing 100g and not 1Kg. This will be problematic if people decide to buy more than one of each item.

How can I fix this? Has anyone come across this problem?

i am using 1.5.3 and it doesnt matter how many items (or what ever items) i put in the cart, it always calculates the same shipping price. ??

I would say check your weight classes. The weight-based shipping module will use your store's default class for its weight measurements, while the product's own weight class and value will be converted to the store's default when added to the cart.
