Sorting on the Products Page

Hi there,

I am having trouble sorting the products on my products section. The sort order option in the Data tab seems to have no effect after several attempts. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much!

Which section of the site are you trying to sort the products? Is it just on one of the category pages?

The admin should clear the product cache when you edit a product, but it wouldn't hurt to try clearing the product cache yourself. Just delete all of the files in /system/cache folder.

What are some of the sort order values for a couple of your products that you are testing with? Do you have a URL that we can see?
