Share Your Purchase Mod?

I've had a look around and can't find anything like this.

I actually came across it on amazon.

I just bought something then on the completed order page it said share your purchase, with the options, tweet,facebook,email etc... with pre written tweet or facebook ready.

Thought it was really cool, and wondered if anyone else knows of a mod like this.

Any thoughts on this would be great and anyone looking for an extension idea go for it lol!
