My website looks very bad in windows explorer..any ideas? But its ok in mozilla etc

IE is less forgiving than other browsers, if there are coding errors.
There is an internal stylesheet right at the top of your page, before the DOCTYPE and XML declarations. That stylesheet needs to move to within the <head> section - or better still, include the style in the external stylesheet.
If this doesn't solve your issues, try running your site through the W3C validator. I'm not saying your site has to validate, but it should help identify any serious errors.
