It is possible but needs much time. You have to change the template and css files under /catalog/view/theme/

Yes, that's possible but a bit time consuming..

It is possible to create that, but some changes will need to be made in the controller files, not just the template files (views) - Although, you can make it look very similar to this just by changing the CSS and template files only.
