Enabled module showing disabled in status

Hello Everyone,,
I am experiencing issue with some modules,, after installation > Extensions> Clicking on edit of the module> Enable> and save,, but on Module front page it shows "Disable" status,,in MODIFICATION it shows "ENABLED"
module : i am trying to install countdown timer,,
opencart version 3.0.2.0
Please HELP
