I would like to enter the price for per gram. When I give the price for one gram, It should automatically calculate for Products in some categories.
Can anybody suggest some extensions is suitable for my requirement ?
Note :- extension for version 3.0.3.0 and the gram price must be in product options also.

You can simply set a weight for the product as 1 g and define the price accordingly.

Not sure what you mean, but if you have a per gram price, this is just a simple math: price per gram * weight.

If you want the cost to be automatically calculated you could do it in backoffice.
Add weight in grams for that product & add 1 additional field to show 1 gram price then in backend write code to calculate
price = weight * per gram product price
Similarly, do this with options as well
