Basket showing subtotal and not total

The basket in the top of the page is showing the subtotal without tax. How can I get it to show the total including tax?

I am running 3.0.2.0.

Switch to Default theme and check to see if you have the same issue.

Default theme only show a count of number of items in the basket. It doesn't show the value.

Either Tax order total is not enabled or taxing is not properly set in your store.
