Removing Tax For orders out side uk

New to Opencart plus i am not a developer.

I need help how to remove vat option for customers outside Uk?

Well, to possibly get free assistance, one basically needs to supply data,
like the OC Version and Theme used. It enables others to assist, instead
of asking back first, just to know, what's it all about. It's like in a Car Tire

You need to utilise Zones and Geo zones

So you would have a zone of UK or EU VAT Zone and within that vat zone you would enter the EU Countries

Go in to the admin and look at Tax Classes and Tax Rates - it's pretty self-explanatory.

You can create tax class for zones other than UK or remove UK zone from Geo Zones list to create tax rules this will help you
