If i click on orders and then view order next to the persons name it loads a blank white screen, any ideas?
I can edit orders fine and view everything else. It just seems to be the view order page.
I'm not sure what file controls that bit?
Error logs show nothing
You're looking in the wrong error logs then. Set Display Errors to Yes to see the error right on screen.

Literally nothing comes up.
Just loads a completely blank screen.
Only on order preview though.
I created a new site and transferred all orders and customers etc via import/export.
Would be any possible issue there? although if there was i wouldn't be able to edit the orders which i am able to do.
Sorry to disappoint, but that's not all that's comes out. Find out the way to display the errors on screen or seek for the right error log.

Sometimes it is a server error rather than a PHP error (for example caused by an error in .htaccess) and in that case there will be nothing in any of the PHP error logs but in my experience this is much rarer. In that case though your hosting company may be able to help.

I've managed to narrow it down.
On the old site i used excel port to export all the customer and order data.
I then uploaded that data to the new site with excellport.
When i do this, clicking on the view order results in the blank page.
What is the best way to transfer the customer, password and order data from the old 3.0.2.0 site to the new 3.0.3.2 site?
I was hoping i could just do a backup restore but the file size is far too big, even sql is 500mb
