Error when placing order

Hi,

can someone please help me with my site... dont know what is wrong when placing an order.
We just move from 1.5 to 3.0 OC. Succesfully move all products and orders and instlled new theme.

Theme developer says that this is not a theme problem.

So, when you place an order (in the end) I get error -> the last button you press when ordering (please see printscreens).

I went through extensions and setting and cant find anything wrong...
