Change Product Page Options

www.orthosupply.de is a new site running on OC 3.0.3.2 with very few modifications.
I want to modify the product page, esp. the options. They are arranged vertically and the page is getting too long. Here are images which show what I try to achieve

Having the radio buttons beside each other is much more compact.
How to go about?

I had the same problem ..
It is a bit of a pain because of responsive design and the length of different words, but mine were longer than left and right.

I think that is everything, but its a good starting point ..

I solved mine by creating a module to allow for everything to be in a select dropdown - with images -
Then I just had a list of dropdowns
