I hope this is the correct board to post this. I will be most grateful if any SiteGround users can respond. I signed up with SiteGround only 3 weeks ago and already regret doing so. I cannot even raise a support ticket with SG, so support does not appear to exist at all. My issue is that I have installed the free SSL certificate provided by SG but when I access Lets Encrypt there is nothing there, no drop downs, options, nothing, just some garbled text.
I have been attempting to raise a support ticket with SG for 48 hours without success.
