In admin, the switch for turning the theme cache on/off does not exist. The site is on OC 3.0.3.2. This site is a mirror of my production site which works as expected.

It seems that the buttons have been removed in the latest github builds

dont use github builds they are development versions which might contain bugs...

use version from here https://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=cms/download
