3.0.2.0 Alipay Issue

When the customer checkout, cannot show the order in admin panel. But I can view the order in Alipay merchant account panel. Anyone know the issue? The Open Cart version 3.0.2.0, thanks

Yes, I have another website ( 2.0.1.1) using the same plugin, it's work.

Perhaps it's being blocked by your web host?

What does the transaction log provide from OC once being able to see the transaction in your merchant's account?
