Have an odd problem with my OC 3.02 install that popped up recently. Site has been running flawlessly for months and then this issue just started with no code edits happening. When someone orders a downloadable product, it is placed into their cart. They check out and pay like normal. When the receipt is emailed and the order appears in the admin the downloadable is listed twice (see admin screen shot below). HOWEVER, the dollar amount for the downloadable is only added into the total once (so the final total at the bottom is correct). I have poked around and don't see anything obvious. Hoping wiser souls might be able to point in a direction to look!

Followup to the above... it only happens on downloads. Even if there are non-downloads in the cart, see screenshot attached here.
