I'm guessing the OP wants a script that replaces the keyword "product_id" when written with the actual number.

yes but where would this "product_id" placeholder be written then?
I add the model number to my product urls (just to make sure they are unique per language and it makes it easier to identify in logs) but I do save that in the seo url keyword.
If you add it bypassing the seo url keyword, you will have problems later on with the matching.

I have the module for 2.x version (do not know wich version you use) but i have made it for myself as i also needed to create custom automated seo urls with data from product details, like model, upc and so on so here is the module where you can predefine a template for seo to be generated like {product_name}_{product_id} and it will generate seo urls and add it to database with products name and id

well, that is rather useless.
if you want to charge $20 at least you could provide seo url updating, saving of the old (indexed) url(s) and provide for 301 redirection from the saved (indexed) url to the new url.
