I have Version 3.0.3.1 with Journal 3
I have the following problem:
WHen i press the Clear button i have the following error
Warning: require_once(/home/ssratur/storage/modification/system/engine/action.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/serratur/public_html/system/startup.php on line 90
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/ssratur/storage/modification/system/engine/action.php' (include_path='.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php72/root/usr/share/pear') in /home/serratur/public_html/system/startup.php on line 90
When ihit refresh it is fixed and loads the page. But the error is annoying.
Apparently, some of the modifications does something wrong and thus the error produced. Note the "modification" in the path.

"system/engine" isn't on the list of file paths that are allowed to edited by mods/extensions. You'll have to install a mod to add it to the list if you need whatever feature the failing mod is trying to add.
On a test server, you could try disabling all of your mods/extensions, then refreshing/clearing the mod cache and then re-enabling your mods/extensions one at a time until the error appears again.

It very much is. ANY PHP-file from admin, catalog and system folders can be modified.

As usual, the clue is in the message.
This file:
/home/ssratur/storage/modification/system/engine/action.php
does not exist or can't be read.
First check if it exists, then check if it has the correct permissions (644) and the owner and group is the same user that PHP uses, probably ssratur in this case.

Well, it's usually the only fun, one gets around here lately, most
likely beeing confronted with those STORAGE- related Misses.
