A problem has just recently started on my OpenCart 3 store.
When a customer contacts me stating they cannot activate their account, I check and as soon as I open their disabled account the Phone Number field is auto filled with my private email and a password field is auto filled as well.

Would anyone have any idea what could be causing this.
