Internal Server Error 500 - insert new product with long description

hi! all
i am getting following message while i add the new product.
note: it is happening when i past long text in product description area from another source like word file.

This can happen if your server is either not correct configured or your plan has not enough resources (mostly at cheap providers or free hoster).
Ycu should check your server settings or post them here to give you some help.

It could be a lot of things but probably your host (we provide OC hosting).

You could check that your PHP config has a high enough setting for this:

It should be very high, maybe 50000 because OpenCart products submit a lot of fields.
