Change for DD-MM-YYYY Date Format

Hi.
To make the date format DD-MM-YYYY, download the attached zip file and open it to the home directory. Refresh the theme cache on the Dashborard. The file was edited with the .twig extension of the default theme and admin. Also, datetimepicker .js files have been edited. If you install a new theme, you can edit and use the same files.
NOTE: Test before using from an active site
