Hello everyone,

I just started using OC 3.0.2.0 and it seems great. A lot of new cool stuff for someone who is coming from 2.1
Unfortunately, I run into one unpleasant issue.

In the administration everything seems to be cached. For example if I go to the customer group section and create a new group, it does not show up in the list. I need to press CTRL+F5 in order to see it. Also the message about sucessfully adding the group will show only after I press CTRL+F5.

I am not sure yet if there is any similar issue on the front end, since I am only starting with it. But this is seriously pissing me off.
Every change I do, I need to press CTRL+F5 to see it.

I have never encountered similar issue so I am not really sure where is the problem. PHP setup, htaccess, OC itself, webhosting provider...

I am using Fastor theme with most of its plugins (but I doubt it is affecting administartion, might be wrong tho).

Thank you very much for providing any kind of feedback.

Best regards,
Jiří.

Thank you, for your feedback.

The issue with this is that I have no way of saving it. When I click on the icon and popup window shows it is set to ON. I can click on OFF, but there is no save button. And if I click on the OFF, close the window and open it again, it is set to ON.

Also I quickly checked the extensions you listed. And it seems they are designed for clearing cache of modules. I dont really have problem with modules caching. At least I believe so.

If you have installed any third party extension, please verify that whether those extensions are using any type of cache concept or not.

Hi all, bumbping this thread to let anyone interested know what was the issue.

I tried to disable all plugins, but with no result. So I tried fresh install with new DB, but administration was still cached.
I proceed to test the same installation on different webhosting from the same provider, the issue was not present.
I contacted technical support of my webhosting explained briefly my problem and told them I believe it has something to do with some sort of caching. They turned off Proxy cache. That solved my problem.

Thanks to everyone ho tried to help.
Best regards,
Jiří.
