Are there any issues with having more than one Admin logged in and changing settings, adding inventory etc., at the same time on different computers? Thanks in advice for your help.

Only if you try to change the same thing at the same time, but even then it probably won't break anything, it'll just confuse you.

But why not create separate accounts anyway?

The owners don't want multiple accounts since only one person would normally be doing anything. I figured I had better check for any possible issues just in case it ever happened.

I would assume that duplicate accounts would not be any different than two accounts trying to edit the same thing at the same time?

Sharing accounts is considered bad practice.
