Still Help Menu Showing in Admin How To Remove

Hello

I used opencart 3.0.2.0. In admin panel i want to remove help menu so i use admin/view/theme/common/header.twig then i removed all links

But still help menu is showing with icons see the below

Tell me How to remove this..

Clear all OC caches from your admin - > dashboard - > blue icon and from your admin - > extensions - > modifications - > refresh button.

How to remove these links from help file..
