Version 3.0.2
I am having trouble in setting up payment module. Since my site is still under development phase so I enabled Cash On Delivery for now but the payment method section in checkout page still shows this message "Warning: No Payment options are available. Please contact us for assistance!"
Also please tell me if there is way I can enable any other dummy payment methods also just to see the pages so that I can complete the creation of my theme.

typing mistake OpenCart version 3.0.2
Cash on delivery is set to all zone

What you have in 'Total'?
You are using the default template?
You have other modifications in use?

i am using default template. with just heading replaced since OC3.0.2 shows voucher heading instead of cart heading.
For total I simply added random products for testing purpose

With Total I mean the sum you insert in the payment module COD in the field Total? (e.g. 0.01)
It has to be a sum smaller that the price of the product you like to pay with it.
The the 2nd try is to check it it is working if you have switched of your modifications (do not forget to clean the cache)

have tried from 0.01 to 5000 after your last message and the issue is still there. Cache is cleaned

its online and URL is working fine. i copied it from the browser

Sorry that's what I get.

The site is at a hosting server with no zone blocking.
even the images below are been recently uploaded to same server

1st. Your website is not available in Russia (only by TOR)
2nd. Your Template is not the default template ... ask your template designer for a solution!

The site has no zone blocking... its accessible from anywhere. I can not say anything about your ISP.
U can see the Image URLS.
Its a default template with my CSS.

This problem has not common solution. Check your settings for starters.

It deludes me at times. After all these screenshots and redundant issues being posted, not a single post on this topic mentions to check the error / server access logs although it is in the forum rules based on server not found by using a sub-domain query.

cash on delivery do not works for items with downloads. (didnt checked website itself if it is not the case then in controller you can check what payment methods at least tries to load? (by names) also what about other payment options? paypa standart? skrill? etc..... is it onli cod not working?
