When I try to create an order and add a coupon within the admin panel, the sub total and total does not update, the coupon discount amount is shown, but the coupon is not deducted from the amount... I have the coupon extension enabled also, can anyone advise on this?

In your Order Totals Page in Admin is the coupon assigned to a number higher or lower than the sub total?
Practicality you should have:
Subtotal = 1
Rewards point = 2
Coupon = 5
Total = 20
These number are just an example to show you that the total has to be the higher number, the subtotal the lower and everything else between otherwise it does show but it doesn't subtract it from the subtotal...

You are not the first one that got stuck in getting the Order Totals in the right order...
As you can see from your picture above, your subtotal was the last, making it impossible for OC to work...
It is in the Documentation HERE but it could be probably been explained a bit more in details...

But i recived a new error in the end of the process. (As attached)
When i click Continue in (Step 5 : Payment Method).
I think the problem in adding a new line in the last step (Step 6) , before click confirmation.
Note: when i dont use the coupon the process have no problem and completed.

See your error / server access logs as well as your Developers Kit > Console tab (F12 function key) for recent errors.
