you will need to clone the free shipping module - i have done it i 1.5.6.4 but never in 2.3.0.2, i would think its the same.

If you don't want to handle duplicating/renaming/editing all the files yourself, Total-Based Shipping can do this. You can set up as many total-based rates (including free shipping rates) as you want, and choose different Geo Zones for each of them.

Feel free to take a look at the screenshots and demo site, and if you're interested let me know at www.getclearthinking.com/contact if you have any further questions.

Sorry to jump in on this :)

I've duplicated the free shipping module... changed class names and changed where the new ones are located. The module says it is disabled on the shipping screen, but when I click into it, It says its disabled. Apart from the class name and location of the new free shipping, is there anything else i need to edit in the files?

Would I have to alter

Code: Select all

if (isset($this->request->post['free_status'])) {
			$data['free_status'] = $this->request->post['free_status'];
		} else {
			$data['free_status'] = $this->config->get('free_status');
		}
to something like "free_status2" and so on?

Presumption, false.

Followed is a v3.x compatible module for this module: viewtopic.php?f=198&t=199939 (followed from post: viewtopic.php?f=202&t=186732&p=704546#p682573)

The most generated errors being found on Opencart forum originates from contributed programming. The increased post counters are caused by redundancies of the same solutions that were already provided prior.
