I had an earlier ticket open but can't seem to post to that ticket.

I've figured out that if I turn off caching via my browser, the cart function works perfectly.

I've tried commenting out the lines from system/library/cache.php to include everything except each function and a combination of a hundred different other ways with no avail.

I've also tried setting the timer in the line "public function __construct($adaptor, $expire = 3600) {"
to
"public function __construct($adaptor, $expire = 0) {

But that makes the cart show empty until I refresh the page.

So my question is:

Is there a way to disable caching in OpenCart 3.0.1.1 that mirrors the way you can turn off caching in your browser while using DevTools in Chrome?

Cache cannot be disabled but can be edited from the system/config/default.php file where file is instantiated by default.
