problem remained in any manufacturer page (any). Loads the login panel twice. Where can this problem comes from?

whether there is a manufacturer or not it is double loading this from picture
In the admin backend, go to Design > Layouts, check the modules for the Layout Name 'Manufacturer', for the Colum Left.

Perhaps you have other Layout Names with a matching route using these modules?
