This occurs only on route /index.php?route=account/account
By the way, I couldn't find Affiliate in Admin, as in the previous versions. I've heard it is in Customer, but I can't find it, though.
Has anyone gone through it and/or knows how to fix it, please?

Not a bug. Caused by an installed extension.
The most generated errors being found on Opencart forum originates from contributed programming. The increased post counters are caused by redundancies of the same solutions that were already provided prior.

The affiliate details are tied into the customer record, see e.g. the admin backend at Customers > edit > tab Affiliate.
