Your hosting company must have a backup? I would contact them via chat box and ask if they can restore your site..

For those who are using PayPal Braintree with Express Checkout, be reminded that this topic resolves the issue: viewtopic.php?f=201&t=205558&p=748351#p748351 . However, the topic we're currently on only discloses issues with PayPal Express Checkout; not with Braintree. If an issue persists regarding a blank page being involved during a transaction process, even with the fix, then it is possible you might be using Braintree.

Journal cache issue. Nothing related with this extension since it is about a missing constant called: JOURNAL3_VERSION . The original coding of this extension payment does not support Journal3 in anyhow. In addition, if by reverting the PayPal extensions to its previous state does not show you these error messages, especially about trueimagecolor function, then it means the previous version is even worst.

The best option would be to try this fix on a fresh OC installation without any extensions other than the PayPal Express Checkout fix I provided. This way, you'll have a definite result knowing if it's working or not by also following the Unmatched Zones tab before trying an order from scratch.

Due to this:
"PAYMENTREQUEST_0_ITEMAMT":"0.99","PAYMENTREQUEST_0_AMT":"0.99"}
Below a dollar. Must be 1.00 minimum. In addition, the ship to state returned is empty. Ensure that the unrelated zones tab in your OC Admin PP Express Checkout extension payment module page are all validated.

@JNeuhoff: Patch updated including the zones request.

Alright folks. The latest patch is now ready. Simply follow the same instructions on the first post and also visit the new feature called: Unmatched Zones tab in your admin - > extensions - > extensions - > payments - > PayPal Express Checkout page. Also ensure to have an allowable post max size set in your php.ini in order for the installation to integrate the PayPal list on your database.

Also to note I have added more log entries during the transactions (should be viewable on the same location as described on the paragraph above or directly on the Paypal log file) from the catalog-end side as well as more error messages to help store owners and forum supporters identifying the source of the issues.

Added new method validations on Model files for definite tracking of the ship to state records while the transaction handshake with PayPal Express Checkout API. Also moved the IPN codes from the catalog controller to the model file since there are no requirements for the data array to be used nor any redirections involved. The file size of the catalog controller has now been reduced for performance as well as being well-balanced with the catalog model file.
i cannot seem to get post_max_size up without getting a 500 server error on the front end when adjusting the .htaccess file..

also when i check the codes zones tab in pp express there isnt anything there.. i guess i need to contact my host

i did that already, i thought maybe try the htaccess file aswell incase the comment # had an impact on the php.ini file..

not sure why it wont populate the zones? ill take another look

i presume the unmatched zones tab should populate itself on installation of the extension?

thanks
A

EDIT: ok i got the postmax size confirmed 999M so uninstalled and reinstalled the extension, doesnt seem to populate the unmatched zones tab with anything, presuming i am missing something here?

In your PayPal Zone table, how many rows do you have?

I was referring to your paypal_zone on the database; how many rows do you have?

In the mean time, see if that also fixes the issue about what you are reporting from this PayPal response: viewtopic.php?f=201&t=210405

Half question answered. As for the 2nd solution above, did you tried it?
