i guess.. you have to edit the admin privileges.. you logged in as admin..but you do not have privilege to modify.. so you go to
system>users>user group.. and select all then save

Hello ADD creative,
When I change the password with the new one - it cannot login. Also after reset the password also it didn't work and my website locked by new password. I only restoring it by website backup. Do you have any idea? You also can tried OC 3.0.2.0 by changing username and password.

I tested with OpenCart 3.0.2.0. While simple passwords work fine when I changed them, I did notice a problem with passwords containing &, ", < or >. Did your password contain any or those characters?

I agree with you idea, I should using simple password than using special characters...and it also works well, thank you so much for your help.

The idea of using symbols in the password is correct, as this can make them more secure. The problem seems to be a bug in OpenCart which I have reported here. https://github.com/opencart/opencart/issues/7009
