Hello ADD creative,
When I change the password with the new one - it cannot login. Also after reset the password also it didn't work and my website locked by new password. I only restoring it by website backup. Do you have any idea? You also can tried OC 3.0.2.0 by changing username and password.

I tested with OpenCart 3.0.2.0. While simple passwords work fine when I changed them, I did notice a problem with passwords containing &, ", < or >. Did your password contain any or those characters?

The idea of using symbols in the password is correct, as this can make them more secure. The problem seems to be a bug in OpenCart which I have reported here. https://github.com/opencart/opencart/issues/7009
Just a note that database password in the same file as the last commit is using htmlspecialchars_decode
