Good morning

There is an error in OpenCart
If a customer orders something and the order is completed, it sometimes goes wrong when registering.
If you are going to pay direct without registering or signing up then everythings goos well.
If a customer wants to pay, but first registers, it automatically doubles in the shopping cart.
Consequence at the end, a customer sees that what he has ordered is doubled and the order is canceled.
I have the idea that this problem mainly occurs with a mobile but I also heard that it happens with a laptop.
I suspect the problem is in the cache that he temporarily stores its memory .
This is a very annoying problem, does anyone know what I can do about this?
