Dublicate Product at Step 6: Confirm Order

1. I installed opencart 3.0.2.0
2. Bought 3 products
3. Go to Checkout and have at Step 6: Confirm Order 5 products

4. I updated page and then got 5 products

Recent fixes were posted on Github about this issue:

Replace these files on your catalog/controller/checkout and the second link is for catalog/model/checkout folder and see if that fixes the issue.
