Hi

I am using opencart since last 1 year and everything was working fine But since last week I am facing issues regarding mails. After successful order customers are not getting mail, contact Us not working. Then I changed the settings from PHP mailer to SMTP. then the mails started working out but now what I am facing is I am not getting the body part of the mail. The subject is working fine attachments are coming but the mail I am getting is blank. Kindly help me getting out of this.

I got same problem. I contacted web hosting. They said they changed to new mail sever. New mail sever for the web space is stricter and adheres closer to RFCs to prevent SPAM. The same thing that is stopping their email is what stops 95% of SPAM sent from the server.

Actually, I do not know how to fix the problem. Hopefully, this information is useful for you. I am still working with web hosting and see whether they can do some change on new mail server.
