Substract Inventory on Manually Processed Orders

At times, i have orders held on further review due to questionable credit cards. However, when these transactions are manually labeled as 'processed' via the order status function. The product count is not subtracted. The same applies for the processed orders when are they are cancelled. The items do not add back into the product count.

Is there any fix for this?
